Rates and Accepted Insurances

Your copayment will depend on your individual insurance plan and benefits. Typical HMSA copayments range from $12 to $25 per visit.

Private Pay Policy (If not using insurance):

Payment in full is required 24 hours prior to the start of each visit. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance, a superbill can be provided at no additional cost. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and will depend on your insurance provider’s policies.

$310 for initial visit (45 to 60 minute intake visit)

$155 for follow-up visits (20 to 30 minutes)
